About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the legal team in the preparation of documents and broader administrative tasks.
Roughly 60–70% of your day will involve preparing standard-form talent and influencer agreements , guided by client input. You’ll use templated documents to generate contracts, check accuracy and completeness, and then pass them on for review before sending to clients. You’ll also liaise with clients directly on occasion, ensuring clear communication and a polished experience.
Outside of document prep, you’ll assist with overflow tasks , including company and title searches, account preparation, and general admin support. The role is fast-paced and high volume—ideal for someone who thrives on staying organised, being helpful, and keeping the momentum going with a smile.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and finalise standard-form talent agreements based on client input

Check document accuracy and completeness before supervisor review and client distribution

Liaise with clients for information gathering and updates

Conduct title and company searches, and assist with account preparation

Provide general administrative and operational support across the legal team

Maintain document filing systems and accurate records

Assist with urgent requests and high-volume tasks with professionalism and care
What You’ll Bring

1–3 years' experience in legal or professional services administration
