A well-established private family-owned business is seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. As the Marketing Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting a range of marketing initiatives, including brand activations , social media management , assisting with photo shoots , managing giveaways , and ensuring the seamless execution of various marketing campaigns and events. If you have some marketing experience or are studying the field, this is a great chance to further develop your skills while contributing to a diverse and dynamic marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:-
Actively assist in the planning and execution of brand activations and promotional events.

Support photo shoots for marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.

Coordinate and manage giveaways and promotional materials, ensuring tenants are satisfied with marketing efforts.

Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating engaging posts and tracking performance.

Assist with content creation for social media, digital marketing materials, and campaigns (e.g., using Canva or similar tools).

Help develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including helping with general marketing activities and reporting.

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activations.

At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to social media management , brand activations , or event coordination.

A strong passion for marketing and a hands-on attitude toward all aspects of marketing operations.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite , Canva ) and digital content creation.

Comfortable working across a variety of marketing tasks, from social media management to assisting with events and giveaways .

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Currently studying marketing or have some relevant practical experience.
