The Role
In this varied position, you will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities across digital, content, campaigns, and events, ensuring high-quality delivery across all channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including EDMs, automation, and lead nurturing (HubSpot)
- Developing content across digital channels, including website, social media, and marketing collateral
- Maintaining and updating website content (WordPress) and supporting SEO optimisation
- Coordinating events and marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams
- Managing internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and lead activity
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Website management experience (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with confidence working across stakeholders
