This is a hands-on Marketing & Communications role for someone who likes to get things done and see the impact of their work .
You’ll be responsible for bringing marketing activity to life across proposals, campaigns, events, and internal communications, working closely with different teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, events, and communications
- Create proposals, presentations, and branded content
- Coordinate and run client events and internal initiatives
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content
- Maintain website and internal platforms (SharePoint/intranet)
- Work closely with HR on employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, tools, and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to execute ideas
- 3 –5 years’ experience in a marketing role in financial or accounting services
- Someone who is proactive, switched-on, and takes ownership
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where not everything is structured
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Tech-savvy across tools like Canva, Adobe , Mailchimp, and Microsoft Suite
