About the RoleAs Marketing Manager, you will support a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets, working closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Development teams.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, leasing and customer experience -delivering campaigns and initiatives that directly influence how assets are positioned, experienced and leased.
You will be hands-on in delivering campaigns across active precincts, with the opportunity to contribute to projects that are shaping Melbourne’s next generation of workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across commercial and industrial assets
- Partner closely with Leasing and Asset Management to support occupancy and retention
- Manage campaign execution across digital, print, signage and on-site activations
- Coordinate external agencies to ensure a consistently high standard of output
- Support leasing campaigns, tenant engagement initiatives and precinct activations
- Maintain marketing collateral and ensure all assets are presented to a premium standard
- Contribute to campaign insights, positioning and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in property marketing within commercial and/or industrial assets (essential)
- Background within a property developer, property group or leading commercial real estate agency
- Strong campaign delivery experience, with the ability to take ownership from brief through to execution
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, including leasing and asset management teams
- A strong eye for detail, quality and brand consistency
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing competing priorities
Due to the nature of the portfolio, this role requires prior exposure to commercial and/or industrial property marketing . Candidates without this experience are unlikely to be considered, as the role requires an immediate understanding of leasing cycles, asset positioning and stakeholder dynamics.
