About the company 

A boutique luxury property developer is seeking a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of brand, campaigns, and communications. With a refined portfolio of architecturally significant residences, this is a rare opportunity to lead marketing in a standalone role that blends strategy, storytelling, and structure. 

You’ll work closely with the Directors and external creatives to elevate a premium brand with a design-first ethos. This role suits someone who thrives in boutique environments, where excellence, initiative, and autonomy are celebrated.

About the role 

You’ll lead the entire marketing function, working directly with the Directors to bring a design-led brand to life through strategy, storytelling, and structure. 

Key responsibilities 
  • Refine and protect a premium brand visual and verbal identity across all collateral and communications 
  • Build and implement a CRM to support lead generation, customer nurture, and sales pipeline visibility 
  • Develop and execute end to end marketing strategies across brand, digital, content, PR, and project campaigns 
  • Brief and manage external creatives including writers, designers, agencies, and photographers 
  • Own all digital channels including website, EDMs, and social media 
  • Drive media planning, performance tracking, and reporting with an eye for both impact and ROI 
  • Oversee key customer journey moments including pre-sale content, customer concierge communications, and brand-led post-purchase experiences 
  • Manage investor and stakeholder communications with grace and professionalism 
  • Support events, industry exposure, and PR storytelling opportunities 
What you bring 
  • 5 to 10 years of experience across marketing, with a background in property, architecture, interiors, or luxury lifestyle brands 
  • Confident setting up and managing CRM platforms and marketing systems 
  • Able to operate autonomously, with a strategic, self-motivated, and highly organised approach 
  • Excellent aesthetic judgement with an ability to maintain brand integrity across platforms 
  • Clear communicator who thrives in small, collaborative teams 
  • Experienced in briefing and managing external creatives to deliver best-in-class work 
  • Naturally calm, thoughtful, and driven by quality over noise
