The Role
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple development projects, ensuring every campaign is delivered to the highest standard.
You'll:
- Lead and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across development projects
- Manage agencies, creative partners, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate project launches, events, websites, signage, and marketing collateral
- Drive digital marketing activity across web, social media, EDM, and CRM channels
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and positioning of the brand
What We're Looking For
- Previous marketing experience within property development or project marketing
- Proven ability to execute campaigns, not just manage external agencies
- Strong stakeholder, project management, and communication skills
- Experience across digital marketing, content, CRM, and campaign delivery
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
