$90,000 – $110,000 + Super | Inner Melbourne | Full-time

About the role

As the company’s first Marketing Manager , you’ll have the rare opportunity to build the function from the ground up. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll lead everything from digital campaigns and client pitch documents to brand evolution and high-impact events.

You’ll work with trusted external partners to bring campaigns to life — managing the process, not executing every detail. This is a role for a marketer who thrives on autonomy, clarity of vision, and delivering results.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overarching marketing strategy

  • Drive brand positioning and high-end creative direction

  • Create pitch documents, capability statements and presentations

  • Coordinate events and showcases with commercial impact

  • Manage content, digital presence, CRM (HubSpot), and outsourced creative partners


What you bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing (construction/B2B ideal)

  • Strong written and visual communication skills

  • Ability to lead campaigns end-to-end, with commercial focus

  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
