This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly and genuinely cares about the people they are helping. You will be the first point of contact for members navigating their employee benefits, including novated leasing, and the way you show up for them will matter.

If you have a consistent work history, a natural curiosity, and you take ownership without being asked, you will thrive here. This is not a role that requires you to have done this exact thing before. It requires you to be the kind of person who learns quickly, improves continuously, and brings warmth and clarity to every interaction.

The organisation is values-driven, sustainability-focused, and genuinely invested in the people who work there.

  • Be the first point of contact for members, delivering end-to-end service with empathy and clarity
  • Conduct consultations to guide members through their employee benefit options including novated leasing
  • Manage applications and documentation , maintaining accurate records and processing financial administration tasks
  • Liaise with stakeholders across finance, client services and leadership to ensure timely outcomes
  • Respond to enquiries with a solutions-focused approach, resolving concerns professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a culture of sustainability
Skills & Experience
  • Consistent work history in customer service, administration or a contact centre environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a warm, professional manner
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to competing priorities
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and socially responsible business
  • Someone who takes ownership , asks good questions, and looks for ways to improve
Benefits
  • 1 day WFH per week after successful completion of probation
  • Dog-friendly office
  • Collingwood location with excellent public transport access
  • Volunteer leave and a strong commitment to giving back
  • Supportive, values-based team culture
  • Purpose-driven organisation committed to environmental and social responsibility
