About the RoleThis is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on day-to-day execution.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Member Services team and support the Finance team from an operational perspective , ensuring service delivery is consistent, accurate, and well-managed.
You will be closely involved in the operational delivery of salary packaging and novated leasing services, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service quality .
The role supports workflow improvement, process documentation, and operational uplift, but does not carry the strategic or cross-functional scope of a Head of function.
This role suits an experienced client membership manager with an operational background who understands novated leasing, enjoys people leadership, and values strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support the Member Services team
- Provide operational support to the Finance team , ensuring smooth workflows and clear handovers
- Oversee daily service delivery , escalations, and quality across salary packaging and novated leasing
- Maintain consistent service standards and operational discipline
- Support workflow documentation and SOP development
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvements
- Assist with automation and system improvement initiatives
- Partner with other teams to support operational alignment
- Support compliance, accuracy, and risk awareness across operations
- Demonstrated experience in novated leasing and/or salary packaging
- 4+ years’ experience in operations, member services, or customer service leadership
- Proven people leadership capability in service-driven environments
- Practical operational mindset with a focus on execution and consistency
- Experience supporting process improvement and documentation
- Clear communicator with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
