About the Role
As a Member Services Consultant , you’ll be the first point of contact for members navigating their employee benefit needs. You’ll guide clients through the process with empathy and clarity—managing applications, maintaining records, resolving queries, and delivering service that’s both professional and personable. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, working with purpose, and delivering administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for members, delivering end-to-end service and support

  • Conduct consultations to explain the employee benefits

  • Manage applications and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes

  • Maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and process financial admin tasks

  • Respond to enquiries and concerns with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-focused approach

  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, client services, leadership) to enhance the member experience

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and a culture of sustainability

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a customer service, admin or contact centre role

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail

  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to manage competing priorities

  • A genuine interest in sustainability and socially responsible business

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Professionalism, empathy, and a strong team ethic

  • Ability to build relationships over the phone and in person
