The Role 

This is a rare opportunity to establish and lead a national sales function within a growing creative business. As National Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the B2B sales journey, building strategic partnerships across schools, councils, and community organisations, while also setting the foundations for a high-performing sales team. 

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will balance strategy with hands-on execution . You will design a proactive sales approach, manage key accounts, and ensure consistent national growth while collaborating closely with marketing and operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes. 

This role will be based in the Inner Melbourne suburbs with hybrid working and flexibility to operate across two office locations.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and execute a national B2B sales strategy across education, community, and council partnerships 
  • Manage the full sales cycle , from initial discovery through to successful project delivery 
  • Activate referral-driven growth within schools and capitalise on existing networks 
  • Build long-term client partnerships and identify opportunities for larger-scale projects 
  • Utalise HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and reporting 
  • Lay the foundations for future sales team growth, scaling to state-based representatives 
About You 
  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership , ideally within education , construction, or design-led products 
  • Strong communicato r and authentic relationship builder , able to connect with decision-makers at all levels 
  • Strategic thinker with the drive to also roll up your sleeves and close key deals 
  • Proactive, organised , and confident working with CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded) 
  • Energetic , grounded , and motivated by the chance to grow a brand and build something lasting 
The Offer 
  • $140,000 – $150,000 circa base salary + super (based on experience)
  • Performance incentives 
  • Hybrid role: flexibility across Inner Melbourne offices with one work-from-home day 
  • A pivotal leadership position with the mandate to design, own, and grow a national sales function
