About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator
for a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Port Melbourne
. This role will provide essential administrative support for a new project servicing fire signs across the state. You will be the key point of contact between technicians, customers, and the help desk, coordinating schedules, travel, and reporting to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules, travel, and accommodation
- Act as the main point of contact for customer help desk inquiries
- Track and report on all services completed across the state
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with general office operational support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office administration or operations support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating logistics and scheduling for multiple stakeholders
