We are partnering with a growing design-led property and development business seeking an Office Coordinator to become an integral part of their close-knit team.

About the Role
Reporting into the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing support across administration, facilities, team coordination, and marketing-related activities.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Assist with facilities and building management
  • Support leadership and project teams across the business
  • Maintain systems, records, and documentation
  • Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives as required
  • Coordinate team events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming workplace culture


What We’re Looking For
Experience With
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous)
  • Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Administrative and office coordination functions
