Reporting into the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing support across administration, facilities, team coordination, and marketing-related activities.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration
- Assist with facilities and building management
- Support leadership and project teams across the business
- Maintain systems, records, and documentation
- Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives as required
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and internal communications
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience With
- Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM systems (HubSpot experience advantageous)
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Administrative and office coordination functions
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Proud of producing high-quality work
