This is a role for someone who takes pride in running a warm, professional office and enjoys being the person everyone relies on. You will be the first point of contact for a well-established private investment firm, known for its precision and long term client relationships, where the team is small, close knit, and presentation matters.

Our client is looking for someone polished, proactive and highly organised, ready to support the Directors and wider team across reception, administration and office coordination. You take ownership of the details and bring a calm, capable presence every day.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily running of reception, meeting rooms and general office administration
  • Work closely with finance, and handle accounts payable, record keeping and other finance administration
  • Welcome clients professionally, answer phones and the door, and manage deliveries
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors and Analysts, including diary management and travel bookings
  • Prepare and collate research, presentations and client materials
  • Order and maintain office, kitchen and stationery supplies, and liaise with building services and other providers
  • Manage sensitive personal and financial information with a high level of discretion

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administration, reception or office support role
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to identify and prioritise tasks independently during quieter periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
