This is a hands-on Office Manager role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
You will be the central point of coordination, managing operations, supporting the team, and creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a high standard of presentation
- Manage suppliers, facilities, and office upkeep
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and guest experience
- Support onboarding and internal team logistics
- Manage office-related finance administration (invoices, expenses, reconciliations)
- Maintain systems, processes, and contact databases
- Provide general administrative and team support
- Experience in office management, administration, or operations roles
- Warm, professional, and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable with basic finance administration (Xero experience advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset
