You'll work closely with the CEO and wider team, taking ownership of the office as a whole, events and some EA support, with the opportunity to make your mark on how the business runs day to day.
The Role
- Manage the daily running of the office, including reception, supplies and general administration
- Coordinate trades on the current office fit out, then take on ongoing building maintenance
- Coordinate events every four to six weeks for the business, including AV, catering and invite lists
- Provide EA and PA support to the CEO and other executives as needed
- Coordinate company travel from start to finish
- Organise meeting rooms and diaries, and make coffees for guests
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Bring ideas forward and help shape how the office and events run as needed
About You
- Has previous experience in an office management, administration or corporate reception role
- Comes from a smaller or similarly hands on environment
- Enjoys variety in their work, and takes ownership of all tasks big or small
- Approaches tasks with a willingness to get stuck in
- Has a calm personality but enjoys building real relationships and mingling with people
- Is proactive and reliable, with strong judgement on prioritising a varied workload
- Has demonstrated strong tenure and stability throughout their career
