About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join the team on a fixed-term contract basis.
This role is responsible for managing investment and client data , performing reconciliations, supporting reporting cycles, and assisting with operational process improvements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile investment and client data across multiple systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across portfolio, investment, and custodian data
- Support monthly and quarterly investment reporting cycles
- Perform quality assurance checks across reporting outputs and operational data
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve operational queries
- Contribute to system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives
- 4+ years’ experience within investment operations , superannuation, funds management, or financial services
- Strong Excel capability with experience managing large datasets and reconciliations
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within structured, deadline-driven reporting environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
