About the Role:
Our client is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join their investment operations and reporting function on a fixed-term contract basis.
The position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of investment and client data, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for clients and stakeholders.
This role also supports process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and broader operational projects within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, reconcile, and validate investment and client data across internal systems and platforms
- Review and interpret investment and custodian data to support accurate system updates
- Support monthly and quarterly client reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality control
- Perform data checks and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of reporting outputs, commentary, and supporting documentation
- Contribute to system updates, process documentation, and ongoing operational improvements
- Support testing, implementation, and enhancement of systems and reporting processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and broader team projects focused on efficiency and automation
About You:
- 4+ years’ experience in financial services, investment operations, superannuation, or data-focused roles
- Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and reconciliations
- High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical capability
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in structured, deadline-driven environments
