As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented People & Culture Generalist to join the team and support talented staff across both studios. The Role:
This standalone P&C Generalist position is a hands-on, end-to-end HR role supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for managers and staff, providing practical advice, elevating internal processes, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.
This is a Part-Time role, ideal for someone self-motivated, strategic, and eager to make a tangible impact on our culture and business practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as the first point of contact for all P&C matters across both studios, offering timely and practical solutions.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding: write position descriptions, advertise roles, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, and conduct exit interviews.

Maintain and administer P&C policies, procedures, and records in line with legislation and best practice.

Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes.

Coordinate performance reviews, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Monitor P&C metrics and trends, recommending process improvements to elevate internal practices.

Ensure accurate and confidential P&C records, including future HRIS implementation.

Support workplace health and safety compliance and initiatives.

Lead Work Health and Safety (WHS) strategies, including risk management reviews.

Assist in planning and managing training programs to meet organisational and employee development needs.

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR role.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and contemporary P&C practices.

Experience in creative, professional services, or studio-based environments (desirable).

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Solutions-focused mindset, self-motivated, and hands-on.
