As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts while working directly alongside the Founder.

About the Role
You'll own the strategy and performance of approximately 20 - 30 client accounts, managing the full customer acquisition journey from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation.
Working across Meta, Google and CRM platforms, you'll develop high-performing campaigns, optimise marketing funnels, brief creative assets and provide strategic advice that helps clients achieve real commercial results.
This is a hands-on position where you'll combine technical expertise, strategic thinking and client relationship management to deliver measurable business growth.
Your Responsibilities

Develop paid media strategies across Meta and Google

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery and optimisation

Build and improve lead generation funnels

Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients

Brief designers and content creators on campaign assets

Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities

Build trusted relationships with business owners

Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and agency growth
About You
You'll ideally have:

3+ years' agency-side performance marketing experience

Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads experience

Experience managing multiple client accounts
-
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong copywriting and creative thinking ability
-
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience with GoHighLevel, landing pages and CRM automation will be highly regarded.
