Our client is a growing creative and performance marketing agency that partners with premium service businesses across construction, healthcare and professional services. Rather than simply managing campaigns, they work as strategic growth partners - helping clients generate more leads, win more customers and scale their businesses.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts while working directly alongside the Founder.

About the Role
You'll own the strategy and performance of approximately 20 - 30 client accounts, managing the full customer acquisition journey from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation.

Working across Meta, Google and CRM platforms, you'll develop high-performing campaigns, optimise marketing funnels, brief creative assets and provide strategic advice that helps clients achieve real commercial results.

This is a hands-on position where you'll combine technical expertise, strategic thinking and client relationship management to deliver measurable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop paid media strategies across Meta and Google

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery and optimisation

  • Build and improve lead generation funnels

  • Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients

  • Brief designers and content creators on campaign assets

  • Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities

  • Build trusted relationships with business owners

  • Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and agency growth


About You
You'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' agency-side performance marketing experience

  • Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads experience

  • Experience managing multiple client accounts

  • Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong copywriting and creative thinking ability

  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience with GoHighLevel, landing pages and CRM automation will be highly regarded.
