About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established organisation from January 20th to mid-March 2025. This role involves managing documentation, preparing board packs, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion. Working 4 days a week, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (hours negotiable), you’ll need proficiency in MS Office, strong organisational skills, and experience in administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage office documentation, vet internal and external documents, and handle mail distribution.
- Assist with board pack preparation and company-related correspondence.
- Track staff whereabouts, including remote workdays, and manage parking allocations.
- Organise occasional small team lunches.
- Maintain absolute discretion, ensuring sensitive information is never disclosed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
- Experience in highly confidential roles with strict discretion.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of workplace dynamics and ability to foster trust.
- Prior administrative experience in managing documents, mail, and general office tasks.
- Ability to work with the 4 departments.
