Portfolio Associate | Real Estate Private Credit

Brook Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian real estate investment manager specialising in private credit and private equity. They are looking for a Portfolio Associate to sit at the centre of portfolio performance, turning complex data into clear recommendations for the Investment, Risk, Finance and Capital teams.

The role

• Build and improve portfolio financial models and performance tools
• Analyse returns, liquidity, credit facilities and distributions
• Prepare investor, fund and board reporting
• Support capital raising and investor due diligence
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators
• Coach and develop Portfolio Analysts

About you

• 5 to 7 years in portfolio or investment analysis, ideally in real assets or private credit
• Advanced Excel and strong modelling skills
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar; CFA, CA or CPA highly regarded
• Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and working with others
