About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven EA / Project Administrator to join the team on a 3–4 month contract , with an immediate start .
This role is integral to supporting project and tender success - providing bid coordination, administrative, estimating, and sales support to the wider team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating tender submissions, managing project documentation, and ensuring that all materials and records are accurate, professional, and on brand.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering polished and precise work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, capability statements, and client-facing documents
- Gather supporting materials, track deadlines, and maintain tender registers
- Collate and review supplier and subcontractor quotes to assist the estimating team
- Ensure all project documentation is current, compliant, and accessible
- Support the broader projects team with reporting, document preparation, and meeting coordination
- Maintain CRM, sales, and compliance records to ensure seamless handovers and reporting accuracy
- Assist in the creation of professional presentations and submissions using tools such as Canva or Microsoft Office
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Bid Coordination, Project Administration, or Estimating Support role within construction or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite , and familiarity with Canva, SharePoint, or project management systems
- A self-starter mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
