We’re seeking a Project Administrator to support the daily operations of active construction projects. This includes managing documentation, preparing payroll, coordinating purchasing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, and site teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of their role. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain accurate project documentation , including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes
- Manage purchasing activities , including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and processing invoices
- Prepare weekly timesheets and support payroll processing for site-based employees
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the Project Coordinator across multiple projects
- Assist in monitoring project timelines , budgets, and deliverables, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting
- Organise site-related requirements such as uniform orders and compliance documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project administration and enhance team efficiency
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders, site staff, and external suppliers

2–3 years in admin, or similar support role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting across all levels

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in your work

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-first mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
