About the Role 

This is a  high-quality project sales role  within the lighting industry, suited to someone who already understands the  commercial sales environment and wants to deepen their career in specification-led solutions

You will work closely with consultants, electrical contractors, and internal teams to develop project opportunities, manage quotations, and convert specifications into sales. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and manage relationships  with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders 
  • Promote lighting solutions  across active and upcoming projects 
  • Manage project sales  pipelines, reporting, and forecasting 
  • Support quoting processes  and  ensure timely turnaround 
  • Convert specifications  and enquiries into confirmed orders 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service  and  technical awareness  
  • Collaborate  with internal sales, design, and support teams 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Proven experience in lighting sales 
  • Strong project-based sales capability 
  • Commercial mindset  with  attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Confident communicator  who builds trust with consultants and contractors 
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once 
  • Professional, steady, and relationship-driven approach
