You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth contract administration from exchange through to settlement, supporting both internal teams and clients with professionalism and care.
The Role- Prepare, issue, and track sales contracts through to settlement
- Register and maintain contract data across CRM and internal systems
- Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, and agents to ensure documentation accuracy
- Manage key deadlines for finance and settlement
- Support trust accounting and reporting as required
- Background in property or real estate is essential
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) required
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and CRM experience (Salesforce, AgentBox, Console or similar)
- Calm, capable, and committed to excellence in service delivery
- 3–4 days per week (with potential to increase)
