This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an office and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes .
As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and stakeholders, providing a warm, professional welcome and ensuring the office remains organised, presentable and well supported day to day.
The role has natural ebbs and flows, at times busy, at times steady, and suits someone who values consistency
and takes pride in doing their role well.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house reception
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintaining reception, boardrooms and shared office spaces
- Preparing meeting rooms and supporting meetings
- Managing Outlook calendars and meeting bookings
- Supporting new starters with basic IT set-ups and follow-up
- General administration , data entry and light Excel work
- Providing ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant and wider team
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has previous reception or office administration experience
- Is warm, calm and professional in their approach
- Takes pride in presentation , organisation and attention to detail
- Notices what needs doing without being asked
Confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word and standard office systems is important.
