The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional receptionist role.
You will be the face and heartbeat of the office, keeping daily operations running smoothly while also supporting the Marketing and Bid function. There is currently one person in Marketing, so this role offers genuine exposure and the opportunity to grow your skills over time.
This position is perfect for someone early in their career who is proactive, organised and keen to build experience in marketing while working in a stable, long term role.

Key Responsibilities
Reception and Office Coordination:

  • Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors and calls
  • Manage meeting rooms and office presentation
  • Coordinate mail, couriers and general office communications
  • Order groceries, stationery and office supplies
  • Support office upkeep and liaise with building services when required
  • Assist with onboarding new starters and general team support
  • Coordinate archiving, records and compliance tasks
Marketing and Bid Support:
  • Assist with social media coordination and content updates
  • Help organise marketing materials and brand assets
  • Provide support with bid and tender documentation
  • Assist with client gifts, events and team initiatives
  • Provide general support to the Marketing lead

About You
We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive and loves to help.
You might be early in your career and looking for a role where you can learn and grow.
  • Previous experience in reception, admin or office support
  • A “yes” attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using office systems and technology
  • Interest in marketing, communications or business
  • Marketing study or qualifications will be highly regarded
