This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the customer journey within a high-touch, high-standard environment. As Customer Coordinator you’ll act as a bridge between customers, production, and delivery teams, ensuring every interaction is smooth and on-brand. With a strong eye for detail, polished communication, and natural poise, you’ll become a trusted face of the business, both behind the scenes and directly with clients.
This role is ideal for someone confident working with premium products, who holds themselves to a high standard and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct customer onboarding and manage all client communications with professionalism and care
- Design the customer journey, organically transforming happy clients into brand ambassadors
- Track project progress and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate delivery logistics, including schedules, checklists, and interstate travel bookings when required
- Resolve issues proactively and calmly, before they escalate
- Lead post-delivery follow-ups, gather feedback and reviews, and support loyalty-building initiatives
- Monitor satisfaction trends and contribute to process improvements and retention strategies
- Present confidently as a brand ambassador, in person, on the phone, and via email
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in customer success, project coordination or operations
- Strong communicator with exceptional presentation, polished, warm, and articulate
- Comfortable operating in high-standard environments and working with premium products
- Organised, agile, and able to manage multiple moving parts without missing detail
- Systems capable, familiar with systems like Asana, Shopify, and HubSpot or similar
- Naturally proactive with a mindset of ownership, responsibility, and pride in delivery
- $75,000 + super + performance bonus
- Three days on site, one in Fitzroy, and one from home
