The RoleThis is a rare opportunity to establish and lead a sales function within a growing creative business. As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales journey, building strategic partnerships across schools, councils, and community organisations while setting the foundations for a high-performing team.
You’ll report directly to the leadership team and balance strategy with hands-on execution. From designing a proactive sales approach, managing product-based sales cycles, and hitting revenue targets, to collaborating with marketing and operations, you’ll ensure consistent growth and outstanding client outcomes.

- Clear pathway to broader leadership as the business expands nationally
- $140,000 – $160,000 salary (dependent on experience)+ super + commission + performance incentives
- Develop and execute a business sales strategy across education, community, and council partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle of physical products (B2C and B2B), from discovery through to delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets , using data and reporting to track progress
- Activate referral-driven growth within schools and capitalise on existing networks
- Build long-term client partnerships , while identifying larger project opportunities
- Utilise HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
- Lay the foundations for a scalable national sales team
- Proven track record in physical product sales leadership (education, construction, design-led, or related industries)
- Experience developing and delivering to sales revenue targets
- Skilled in both B2C and B2B product-based sales cycles
- Ecommerce exposure would be highly favoured
- Strong communicator and authentic relationship builder with senior decision-makers
- Proactive, organised, and confident
- Energetic, grounded, and motivated to grow a purpose-led brand
