This is a rare opportunity for an experienced sales professional to step into a leadership role and  build something of their own .

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a senior sales and business development professional who thrives on ownership, momentum, and results.

As Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for establishing and leading the sales function nationally. You will drive strategic partnerships across primary schools and education networks while remaining hands-on in execution, closing deals, building trust, and setting the commercial foundations for long-term growth.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you’ll have influence, autonomy, and a clear voice in shaping the future of the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Developing and executing a proactive sales strategy across primary schools, councils, and community organisations
  • Owning the full sales cycle for physical products across both B2C and B2B environments
  • Activating referral-led growth within existing school networks
  • Building long-term, trusted partnerships with decision-makers in education
  • Identifying and converting larger project-based opportunities
  • Tracking performance, forecasting revenue, and managing pipeline activity through HubSpot
  • Laying the foundations for a scalable, high-performing national sales team
About You
You are a commercially sharp , highly experienced sales professional who enjoys the challenge of growth and takes pride in seeing effort translate into results.
You will bring:
  • A proven background in  sales or business development within the primary school education sector  (essential)
  • Strong experience selling  physical products , ideally across both B2C and B2B channels
  • A consistent history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • A proactive, organised, and driven approach to your work
  • High energy, resilience, and a genuine hunger to build something meaningful
  • Exposure to ecommerce or online sales channels will be highly regarded
