• Prime Inner-CBD location with easy access to public transport 
• Work with a collaborative, loyal team who enjoy coming to work 
• Exposure to premium commercial property campaigns 
• In-house training and regular social events 

• Manage end-to-end sales and leasing campaigns , from advertising to contracts 
• Coordinate marketing materials , eDMs, and social media content 
• Support agents with submissions, proposals, and campaign administration 
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and CRM (Surga) to keep campaigns on track 
• Provide leasing support and assist with inspections as required 

• Background in real estate/property administration or marketing (essential) 
• Strong campaign administration skills – contracts, advertising, coordination 
• Proficient in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite 
• CRM experience (Surga preferred) and comfortable with social media tools 
• High attention to detail , strong communication, and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once 
• Team-oriented , flexible, and eager to contribute in a busy, collaborative environment 

• Contract: 12 months (maternity leave cover) 
• Location : Inner CBD – close to major public transport links 
• Flexibility : Full-time preferred; some flexibility in hours available
