The Opportunity 

This is an exciting chance to step into a Sales Support & Events Manager role, where you’ll partner with a leading luxury property brand to create signature events and client experiences that directly influence sales success. From private project launches to exclusive VIP functions, you’ll be entrusted with delivering moments that embody excellence, precision, and the unmistakable style this brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-end events such as project launches, agent briefings, and VIP functions 
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers, and budgets 
  • Prepare event-related sales materials, RSVP lists, seating plans, and attendee communications 
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team, ensuring events are seamless and brand-aligned 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold brand standards and premium client experiences 
About You 
  • Proven background in events, PR, or marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or property sectors 
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management 
  • A polished communicator with confidence in client-facing roles 
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and passionate about events 
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours during events 
  • Must have own car for travel to and from events 
  • Proficient in event and marketing tools; HubSpot or similar CRM experience highly regarded
