BROOK Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding business. Responsibilities include strategic planning, employee relations, performance management, training, policy development, and compliance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to the success of the program of activities and core business strategies.   Responsibilities - Provide HR administration assistance to the Chief of Staff and help achieve HR and people-related business objectives. - Implement performance management processes and facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and company standards. - Identify training needs and provide learning opportunities for employees. - Manage HR reporting and analysis, using data-driven insights for decision-making. - Support managers in handling HR processes within their divisions. - Oversee and ensure compliance with industrial relations legislation and quality standards.   Key Priorities will include - Focus on performance and capability as the annual review process begins in July 2024. - Develop strong relationships with people leaders and their teams. - Facilitate training opportunities and create meaningful experiences to enhance company culture.   Key Skills & Attributes - Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. - 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment or tech start-up. - Experience with HRIS systems (preferably BambooHR) and in-house training facilitation. - Strong written communication and influencing skills. - Expertise in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations and IR.   Please apply via SEEK or directly to  angie@brookrecruitment.com.au  or call BROOK on 9500 2797
