This Melbourne-born Build-to-Rent (BTR) business is redefining renting in Australia by creating and managing communities built entirely for renters. With a mission to make renting more sustainable and secure, the organisation is focused on building strong, connected communities that people genuinely love to call home.
Now the country’s largest BTR platform, the company has a completed portfolio valued at over $2.46 billion, encompassing 3,246 apartments across six prime neighbourhoods along the eastern seaboard. A strong social commitment underpins every project where at least 10% of each development is dedicated to social, affordable, and specialist disability accommodation, helping provide homes to those who might otherwise struggle to find suitable housing.
Its greatest strength lies in its people: a diverse team of personalities and skillsets united by a shared goal to create thriving communities in vibrant, livable locations.
