As Senior Resident Manager, you'll oversee the resident experience and operational management of this flagship development. Your role combines end-to-end property oversight, front-of-house leadership, community engagement, and team management . You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure every resident interaction reflects the brand’s high standards—and actively contribute to shaping the building’s culture from the ground up.
This is not your average property role. It’s ideal for a seasoned property manager who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment and loves bringing people together through creative, consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead a welcoming, inclusive front-of-house experience and foster a strong sense of community through resident events and engagement programs

Oversee day-to-day building operations including move-ins/outs, VCAT and RTBA processes, parcel management, and system compliance

Manage amenity spaces, service communications, and promote ancillary services across the building
- Collaborate with Facilities and Leasing teams to ensure seamless resident experiences and operational efficiency
- Drive financial performance, conduct apartment checks, and support lease renewals and reporting
- Supervise and develop a small team , manage rostering, and contribute to recruitment, training, and performance planning
- Ensure safety, risk, and incident management meet WHS and legislative standards, and enforce tenancy agreements with fairness and consistency

3+ years’ property management experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as it supports communication with part of the resident community

Experience with portfolio management and team supervision

Strong VCAT knowledge —applications, representation, and process

A proven ability to manage resident engagement and conflict resolution

Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate (required)

Strong organisational, tech, and communication skills
