About the Role

As a Senior Tax Consultant , you will work closely with the Taxation Directors, managing a diverse portfolio of private and family business clients. These span across industries such as property development, professional services, wholesale, and technology. You will play a key role in delivering strategic tax advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on M&A and tax structuring

• Manage both direct and indirect tax matters

• Lead ATO engagement and ensure compliance

• Mentor and develop junior staff

• Collaborate with referrers and prepare client communications

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tax consulting, ideally within a similar environment

• Strong technical knowledge and high attention to detail

• Confident communicator—both written and verbal—on complex tax issues

• A passion for specialising and growing in taxation

• A team-focused mindset with a drive for great client outcomes

• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
