About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Settlements & Administration Officer to coordinate the full novated lease settlement lifecycle. From reviewing contracts and liaising with external partners to ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, you’ll be central to the success of each client experience. This role suits someone who enjoys process, takes pride in precision, and is motivated by contributing to a purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full novated lease settlement process including all contracts, applications, and deduction schedules
- Liaise with clients, dealerships, brokers, and finance institutions
- Submit lease documentation and track applications for approval
- Conduct pre- and post-settlement checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and support data integrity
- Respond to client enquiries and assist with follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experience
- Support internal stakeholders and uphold company compliance standards
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years in a similar administration or settlements role, ideally in finance or automotive
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM (e.g., Catch-E) experience a bonus
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- A collaborative, positive mindset and willingness to adapt in a growing business
