About the Role:
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the construction process from initial site setup through to practical completion and final handover.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in delivering high-end custom homes, understands buildability and sequencing, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders across complex, design-led projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring each home is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with design intent, program commitments and commercial expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of bespoke and custom home builds from site establishment through to practical completion and handover.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and on-site activity to ensure quality, safety and program outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Review architectural drawings and construction documentation to identify buildability risks and resolve issues early.
- Maintain strong stakeholder confidence through clear communication, professionalism and proactive site leadership.
- Drive exceptional workmanship standards across all stages of construction, ensuring alignment with premium expectations.
- Utilise construction systems to maintain accurate reporting, compliance, documentation and project visibility.
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with exposure to custom, bespoke or architectural home builds, and open to candidates from volume building environments with strong custom build experience.
- Technically strong with solid construction knowledge, sequencing and buildability understanding.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality outcomes and craftsmanship.
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead trades and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Confident, hands-on operator who takes ownership and drives accountability on site.
- Commercially aware, able to balance quality, timing and cost considerations effectively.
