BROOK Recruitment is a boutique, relationship-driven agency based in South Yarra, known for our high-touch approach, strong networks, and growing presence across Melbourne’s business community.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to step into a high-performance environment where they can build and grow their own desk, deepen client partnerships, and leverage BROOK’s established networks and events to drive meaningful results.

This is not a transactional recruitment role. It’s an opportunity to operate as a true consultant — with the autonomy, support, and platform to significantly grow your billings and long-term career.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of an existing and/or developing desk within your chosen market

• Build and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

• Drive business development through a combination of warm networks, referrals, and proactive outreach

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality, experience, and outcomes

• Leverage BROOK’s brand, database, and event platform to generate opportunities and grow your pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar client-facing, sales-driven environment

• A strong track record of building relationships and generating revenue

• A consultative, commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders

• High level of organisation, ownership, and accountability

• Someone who is motivated by performance, growth, and long-term career progression
