The Role:
As the Concierge , you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and team members—delivering warm, professional service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front-of-house operations. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, polished environment.
Key Duties:

Welcome all visitors with a professional, friendly approach

Manage meeting room bookings, guest enquiries, and concierge services

Coordinate logistics for VIP guests (parking, transport, accommodation)

Assist with office admin, facilities, and supplies

Support on-site events and act as a key link between departments

Ensure visitor and building procedures are followed
What we’re looking for:

Experience in concierge, front desk, or hospitality roles

Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills

Calm, capable multitasker with a service-first mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience in a corporate or premium environment is a bonus
