The Role
As Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and clients – creating a positive and professional impression from the moment they arrive. You’ll provide seamless front-of-house support, manage day-to-day concierge services, and ensure the smooth flow of operations within the building.

This role suits someone polished, proactive, and service-focused who thrives in a professional corporate environment.

Key Duties
  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients with a professional, customer-first approach

  • Manage visitor sign-in, passes, and access requirements

  • Provide information and assistance on building services, facilities, and amenities

  • Coordinate with building management, contractors, and security to resolve enquiries or issues promptly

  • Maintain the front desk and lobby area to a high standard of presentation

  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with tenant communications

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist with event coordination or building activations as required

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a concierge, corporate reception, or customer service role

  • Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills

  • Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities

  • A professional yet approachable style, with a genuine focus on customer experience

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Intermediate computer and administration skills
