As Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and clients – creating a positive and professional impression from the moment they arrive. You’ll provide seamless front-of-house support, manage day-to-day concierge services, and ensure the smooth flow of operations within the building.

Key Duties-
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients with a professional, customer-first approach

Manage visitor sign-in, passes, and access requirements

Provide information and assistance on building services, facilities, and amenities

Coordinate with building management, contractors, and security to resolve enquiries or issues promptly

Maintain the front desk and lobby area to a high standard of presentation

Support ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with tenant communications

Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Assist with event coordination or building activations as required

Previous experience in a concierge, corporate reception, or customer service role

Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills

Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities
