About the Role
As the Office Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Sydney CBD office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing administrative support to the leadership team and staff. With a mix of reception, office coordination, and executive support, you’ll play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently while contributing to business-wide projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and staff

  • Manage calendars and meeting coordination for senior leaders

  • Oversee office administration, including supplies, mail, and couriers

  • Assist with travel bookings, company events, and off-site activities

  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office procedures

  • Support expense reconciliations and invoice processing

  • Contribute to process improvements to streamline administration

About You
  • 2+ years’ administration or office support experience in a corporate environment

  • Professional, warm, and approachable communication style

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work independently

  • Experience in reception, office coordination, or executive support is highly valued
