About the Role
We’re seeking a capable Temporary Administrator to provide critical support to a busy team. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with general office administration. If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy being the “safe pair of hands” others rely on, this assignment will suit you well.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, spreadsheets and meeting packs

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, book rooms and assist with basic meeting logistics

  • Manage inboxes and phone enquiries, directing queries to the right person

  • Assist with data entry, filing (electronic and hard copy) and document control

  • Support office administration tasks such as ordering supplies and ad-hoc requests

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in administration, office support or coordination roles

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; any systems experience a bonus)

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner

  • High attention to detail and a reliable, “can-do” attitude

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
