Temporary Rosters Officer – Immediate Start

A well-established healthcare organisation is seeking a proactive Temporary Rosters Officer to manage clinical rostering across its 14 Health Centres. This is an urgent, hands-on role for a logical problem solver who can start straight away.

The Role

• Manage rosters for Doctors, Dentists and Allied Health staff across multiple sites
• Fill shifts and move resources around to keep every centre covered
• Liaise with locum agencies when gaps arise
• Maintain rostering data, mostly in Excel

About You

• Background in HR, admin or rostering
• Confident with Excel (UKG experience a bonus)
• Proactive, organised and a clear communicator
• Available immediately for a full time, on site role
