About the Company

Castle & Cubby is a growing Australian business that’s bringing imagination to life! This creative manufacturing team builds high-quality timber products for homes, schools and communities. Think handcrafted outdoor play spaces, custom timber builds and one-of-a-kind designs. With a strong focus on sustainability, team culture and craftsmanship, this is a place where you can take pride in what you do and actually see the impact of your work.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work with high-quality materials in a modern workshop and warehouse environment

  • Secure full-time role with long-term stability and growth

  • Learn new skills across logistics, dispatch and inventory

  • Supportive, hands-on team that values collaboration and pride in workmanship

  • Be part of a business that genuinely cares about sustainability and its people

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a busy and creative production environment. You’ll help with stock handling, packing and dispatch, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse. Every day will be a little different — from supporting production workflows to helping load out completed projects ready for delivery.

If you take pride in doing things properly, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and love hands-on work, this is the perfect role to grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations including goods in/out and stock organisation

  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch

  • Unload deliveries and check goods against purchase orders

  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse and workshop spaces

  • Support production and assembly teams with materials and logistics

  • Conduct regular stock checks and report inventory levels

  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)

  • Contribute to team goals and workflow improvements

What You Bring

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment

  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

  • Commitment to safe work practices

  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

Desirable:
  • Basic computer or inventory system skills

  • Experience handling timber, building materials or manufacturing components
