The Role
As the Warehouse Coordinator
, you’ll be central to daily warehouse operations – ensuring inventory is accurate, workflows are efficient, and safety standards are met. From receiving and organising materials to coordinating freight and supporting production teams, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
This role requires a proactive, organised, and safety-focused individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys being part of a passionate, purpose-driven team.
Key Duties

Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintaining organisation and cleanliness

Receive, check, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders

Manage inventory, including stock counts and bi-annual stocktakes

Coordinate picking, packing, and wrapping of products for interstate freight
-
Book and track internal and external freight, ensuring on-time delivery
-
Assist production teams by moving materials and finished products to correct bays
-
Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas

Complete assembly sheets and liaise with the Operations Manager on workflow issues

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

Adhere to all workplace safety and OHS requirements
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or workshop environment

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control, and data entry
-
Positive, professional, and safety-first mindset
-
Experience handling timber or building materials (advantageous but not essential)
