About the Role
We are seeking experienced and adaptable Executive Assistants available for temporary assignments across Melbourne. Supporting senior leadership, you will provide high-level executive support while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
These roles suit individuals who can step in quickly, take ownership and deliver immediate value in fast-paced environments. You will be confident managing competing priorities, building relationships and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support including diary and email management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing communication and stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation to a high standard.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups.
- Support office operations and team coordination where required.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and project support tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Professional, adaptable and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
