The Opportunity
Step into a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse processing 1,000 orders per day across wholesale, e-commerce, and drop shipping.

With a fresh, perishable product, speed, accuracy, and organisation are critical.
The business is looking for a hands-on operator to take ownership, improve processes, and lift performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across all channels

• Lead and manage a team of ~20 staff

• Drive efficient picking, packing, and dispatch with strong inventory control

• Improve workflows, systems, and warehouse layout

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards

This is a hands-on leadership role, leading from the front when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse Manager (or similar) experience in a high-volume environment

• Strong organisation, urgency, and ability to perform under pressure

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and support a team

• Process-driven, with a focus on improving efficiency and workflow

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

FMCG, food, or beverage experience is highly regarded.
