Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the floor running smoothly, maintaining standards, and driving team performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce and dropshipping fulfilment
- Lead, support, and manage warehouse staff on the floor
- Delegate tasks, solve problems, and keep operations moving efficiently
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Coordinate stock, workflow, and priorities with the Warehouse Manager
- Act as the key link between leadership and the team
- Identify and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or retail environments
- Strong organisation, urgency, and ability to work under pressure
- Confident communicator who takes ownership and speaks up
- Proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the go
- Someone who leads by example and holds their team accountable
